Who is Contre Fitness?
Kristin Contre is a certified personal trainer through NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association) and CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Kristin graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Fitness. She started Contre Fitness and Critical Breakdown Boot Camp following her graduation. Her intention is to educate and lead her clients towards living a healthy lifestyle. Kristin believes the mind is a powerful thing and is the one thing that can hold you back. If you can change your mind…you can change your body. Kristin is different because she helps set goals for her clientele and motivates beyond expectations. She learns strengths, weaknesses, injuries, and goals. Kristin specializes in proper form, body alignment, exercise programing and nutrition.
